Banana Nut Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
3 ripe bananas
Directions
Step 1: Preheat and prepare
Preheat your oven to 350F. Spray or line a muffin pan with non stick spray or with liners. Set aside.
Step 2: Add ingredients together
In a medium sized bowl combine flour, brown sugar, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and honey until well combined. Than stir in your mash bananas.
Step 3: Fill baking pans:
Spoon the batter into the previously prepared liners or sprayed pan. Fill the pan or liners all the way to the top with batter.
Step 4: Bake Muffins:
Place muffins in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Insert a toothpick into muffins if clean take out the muffins. If tooth pick comes out with a few crumbs, muffins are done as well. Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
