Blueberry Muffin Recipe

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions


Step 1: Preheat and prepare:

Preheat your oven to 375F. Spray or line a 12-muffin pan with non stick spray or with liners. Set aside.

Step 2: Mix sugar, butter, and eggs:

In a medium size mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, and eggs until fully mixed.

Step 3: Mix in the rest of the ingredients:

Mix in milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and flour. Fold in fresh blueberries into batter.

Step 4: Fill baking pans:

Spoon the batter into the liners or pan all the way to the top.

Step 5: Bake Muffins:

Place muffins in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into muffins if clean take out the muffins. Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
