Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1: Prepare for baking:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Combine dry ingredients:
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon and set aside.
Step 3: Mix wet ingredients:
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together butter, sugar, pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in pre-papered dry ingredient until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4: Bake:
