Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Step 1: Prepare for baking:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Combine ingredients:
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until fully combined. Mix in vanilla extract, flour, rolled oats, and baking soda, Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4: Bake:
On pre-papered cookie sheet roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake cookies for 14-18 minutes. Allow cookies a few minutes to cool before transferring to wire rack.
