Peanut butter blossom cookies are my personal favorite cookie. These cookies are the perfect sweet treat that has the perfect peanut butter flavor as well as a Hershey kiss to top it all of.

Let cool for 3 minutes before eating. Store in air tight container for up to one week. Let cool completely before freezing. If you want to freeze cookies place gently into plastic bag and freeze for up to 4 months.

Peanut Butter Blossoms Recipe
Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all- purpose flour

Directions
Step 1: Prepare for baking:
Preheat the oven to 375F. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Combine ingredients:
In a medium size mixing bowl, cream together butter, and peanut butter until creamy. Mix in sugar, brown sugar, and egg until fully combined. Mix in baking soda, vanilla extract, and flour.
Step 3: Shape the cookies:
On pre-papered cookie sheet roll 1-inch balls of dough in granulated sugar and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart. Bake cookies for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add Hershey Kisses:
Unwrap Hershey Kisses while cookies are baking. Immediately out of the oven place Hershey Kiss on top. Let cool for 2 minutes on cook sheet and than transfer to wire rack.
