No-Bake Peanut Butter Bar Recipe

Prep Time 15 minutes            
Cool Time 60 minutes             Yield 12 large bars
Total Time 75 minutes            Skill level  easy

Ingredients

 
  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter

  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers

Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Directions

 

Step 1: Prepare baking pan:

Line a 8x8 square baking pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.

Step 2: Mix ingredients together:

In a medium size mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.

Step 3: Add mixture to baking pan:

Place mixture into pre-papered pan. In a small bowl microwave together peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour chocolate topping over the top of the bars. Let bars cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
