Let crinkle cookies cool for 5 minutes before eating. Let them cool completely on a wire rack. After completely cooled place in air tight container for up to a week. If freezing the cookies place in zip lock bag and freeze for up to 5 months.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions
Step 1: Prepare for baking:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Combine ingredient together:
In a medium size mixing bowl, mix together cocoa powder, sugar, and vegetable oil until fully mixed. Mix in eggs, and vanilla extract. Than combine flour and baking powder. Once dough is fully mixed chill dough for 4 hours.
Step 3:Prepare cookies for baking:
On pre-papered cookie sheet roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls into powdered sugar and fully cover them. Place balls bake onto cookie sheets a few inches apart.
Step 4: Bake:
Bake cookies for 10-13 minutes. Allow cookies a few minutes to cool before transferring to wire rack.
