3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1: Prepare for baking:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly spray a 9x9 square baking pan and set aside.
Step 2: Mix ingredients together:
In a medium size mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, add eggs. Mix in vegetable oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Mix in flour until fully combined.
